East Gate Mall is the first shopping center in our country to allow pets.

From now on, you can visit the shopping center with your pets.

Pet Rules:

1. Pets: Pets up to 15 kg are allowed.

2. Leash: All pets must be on a leash at all times. Retractable leashes should be kept short to avoid

tangling with another pet, children or visitors.

3. Food and water: if they need water or food, please go to pet shop 5Centar located on the north side of the mall on level -1

4. Escalator/travelator/elevators: If using an escalator, travelator or elevator, pets must be carried in a hand or carrier. This policy is for the safety of pets in the mall.

5. Behavior: Aggressive or excessively vocal pets may be asked to leave the mall.

6. Pets in Food Areas: Pets are not allowed in food court areas, restaurants or any store where food is

sold in accordance with legal regulations.

7. Liability: Pet owners are responsible for any damage or injury caused by their pets. If your pet

defecates in the mall, please contact the hygiene staff immediately.

8. Emergencies: In the event of a fire alarm and evacuation emergency, follow the instructions of mall

staff to evacuate with your pet.

9. Limited number of pets: Visitors are allowed to enter the mall with a maximum of two pets per

person.

10. Pet Carriers: Smaller pets can be carried in a pet carrier for their safety.

11. Pets Unattended: Pets should not be left unattended. If an unattended pet is found, mall security

will be notified.

12. For visitors: To interact with pets, first verbally ask the pet’s owner for permission. This rule is for

the safety of visitors and children in the mall.
