Starting Wednesday, May 1st, 2024, East Gate Mall will implement a new parking ticket fee system. Visitors are required to keep their parking ticket with them during their visit. When it’s time to leave, payment must be made at one of the designated parking meters. The payment machines are located in key areas within the mall. Visitors must pay the parking ticket before exiting the shopping center.
Parking ticket machines are conveniently located throughout the mall for easy access. They are positioned in key areas for your convenience. You can find them at the following locations:
- Level -2, at the exit leading to the parking area, near Krusel and Carbox stores.
- Level -1, at the exit leading to the parking area, near Neptun and 5Center stores.
The parking system will operate daily from 08:00 AM to 01:00 AM.
The parking fees are outlined as follows. Here is a breakdown of the charges. Please review the following parking rates:
- The first 30 minutes are free.
- Parking from 31 minutes to 4 hours costs 50 MKD.
- Parking beyond 4 hours costs 50 MKD, plus an additional 30 MKD for each extra hour.
- If the parking ticket is lost or damaged, there is a 500 MKD penalty.
To make it more convenient, the mall provides free parking for up to 3 hours for customers using specific services. Customers can enjoy this benefit when they use selected services. This offer ensures a more seamless experience for service users.
- Palestra, Car Wash, and Motocentar services: Free parking with ticket validation at their facilities.
- Tinex: Free parking with a receipt of at least 999 MKD. Validate your ticket at the Tinex cash register.
