OFFICIAL COMPETITION RULES

“WE ARE LOOKING FOR A DOGFLUENCER”

1. ORGANIZER

East Gate Mall LLC import-export Skopje, with registered office at Belasica St. no. 2, Skopje, Municipality of Gazi Baba.

2. LOCATION

The competition will take place on the official Instagram profile of EAST GATE MALL – @eastgatemall.mk

3. DURATION

The competition starts on October 1, 2025 and ends on October 10, 2025.

4. ELIGIBILITY

The competition is open to all individuals over 18 years old who must comply with the conditions of these Official Competition Rules.

Participation in the competition is not related to shopping at East Gate Mall.

Anyone wishing to participate must post a story of their pet dog taken at the special dogfluencer corner on Level 0 of East Gate Mall, on their own Instagram profile, tagging @eastgatemall.mk.

Each participant may enter an unlimited number of times during the competition period.

Employees of the Organizer are not eligible to participate.

5. ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS AND PRIZES

5.1. The prizes are:

First place
– One-year collaboration contract with East Gate Mall in the amount of €200 (in MKD equivalent).
– One-day professional photo session.

Second place
– One-year collaboration contract with East Gate Mall in the amount of €100 (in MKD equivalent).

Third place
– One-year collaboration contract with East Gate Mall in the amount of €50 (in MKD equivalent).

The winners will be selected on October 15, 2025.

A three-member jury, composed of representatives of the Shopping Center, will be responsible for selecting the winners of the “Dogfluencer” competition. The jury will review all the Instagram stories posted by participants and select the most suitable based on the criteria of creativity, style, and talent.

5.2. The winners will be announced via Instagram stories on the official East Gate Mall profile – @eastgatemall.mk. If a winner does not respond within 3 days (or refuses to accept the prize), they forfeit their rights to the prize, and the Organizer will notify the next reserve participant in the order of selection.

5.3. To claim the prize, the winner must confirm their identity with an identification document (ID card) and complete and sign the Prize Receipt Protocol at the Information Desk (Level 0) in East Gate Mall, within 15 days from the announcement date.

5.4. Stories that do not meet the stated requirements or do not include all elements, as well as those posted after the deadline, will not be considered.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS

6.1. By participating in the competition, participants agree to comply with the conditions and the official rules described above. The official rules will be publicly available for the entire duration of the competition on the official East Gate Mall website – https://eastgatemall.mk/

6.2. The Organizer reserves the right to supplement or amend the General Conditions, with changes taking effect from the date of publication. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the competition at any time. In case of complaints, the Organizer’s decisions are final.

7. PERSONAL DATA

7.1. All personal data will be treated as confidential information in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

7.2. By participating in this competition, participants voluntarily provide their personal data (name and surname, phone number, email, age and/or other data) and agree that this data may be used by the Organizer and its partners exclusively for purposes related to this competition, namely:
– confirming participation in the competition, determining the winners, and establishing contact to inform them about the prizes;
– organizing and ensuring the smooth delivery of the prizes and communication for that purpose.
