We are celebrating one year as a pet-friendly mall. Last year in October we opened our doors to our dear furry pets.

On that occasion, from October 1 to 13, we are organizing a dogfluencer contest – we are looking for the first dogfluencer of the shopping center.

OFFICIAL RULES

“SEARCHING FOR DOGFLUENCER” CONTEST

1. ORGANIZER

The contest is organized by East Gate Mall DOOEL, located at 2 Belasica Street, Skopje, Municipality of Gazi Baba.

2. LOCATION

The contest will be conducted on the official Instagram profile of East Gate Mall – @eastgatemall.mk.

1. DURATION

The contest starts on October 1, 2024, and ends on October 13, 2024.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The contest is open to individuals over the age of 18 who comply with these Official Contest Rules. Participation is not tied to shopping at East Gate Mall. To enter, participants must post a story of their pet dog from the special dogfluencer corner on level 0 of East Gate Mall on their Instagram profile, tagging @eastgatemall.mk. Participants can enter multiple times throughout the contest period. Employees of the Organizer are not eligible to participate.

1. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT AND PRIZES

5.1. Prizes:

First Place:

• Annual collaboration contract with East Gate Mall worth €200 (converted to local currency).
• Vouchers worth 5,000 MKD from 5Centar.
• Dog collar from Kares

Second Place:

• Vouchers worth 2,500 MKD from 5Centar.

Third Place:

• Vouchers worth 1,000 MKD from 5Centar.

Winners will be selected on October 15, 2024. A three-member jury, consisting of representatives from 5Centar and the shopping center, will review all story content posted on East Gate Mall’s Instagram profile by participants and select winners based on creativity, style, and talent.

5.2. Winners will be announced through stories on East Gate Mall’s official Instagram profile – @eastgatemall.mk. If a winner does not respond within 3 days (or declines the prize), they forfeit their right to the prize, and the Organizer will notify the next eligible participant in line.

5.3. To claim the prize, winners must confirm their identity with an identification document (ID card) and complete and sign the Prize Receipt Protocol at the Information Desk (level 0) at East Gate Mall within 15 days from the announcement date.

5.4. Stories that do not meet the specified criteria or are posted after the deadline will not be considered.

1. GENERAL TERMS

6.1. By participating in the contest, participants agree to adhere to the conditions and official rules described above. The official rules will be publicly available on the East Gate Mall website – https://eastgatemall.mk/ throughout the contest period.

6.2. The Organizer reserves the right to amend or modify the General Terms, with changes taking effect from the date of their publication. The Organizer also reserves the right to terminate the contest at any time. In case of disputes, the Organizer’s decisions are final.

7.1. All personal data will be treated as confidential in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

7.2. By participating in this contest, participants voluntarily provide their personal information (name, phone number, email, age, and/or other details) and consent to the Organizer and its partners using this information solely for purposes related to this contest, including:

• Verifying contest participation, determining winners, and establishing contact to inform about prizes.
• Organizing and ensuring smooth delivery of prizes and related communication.
