1.Where can I use my points?

1. You can exchange the points for vouchers that are valid in certain stores in East Gate Mall. You can find the list of stores in the application.
2. Do the points have an expiration date?
3. Yes, the points have a certain expiration date. Look in the application for more information.
4. Can I transfer points to another user?
5. Currently, the points are personal and cannot be transferred to other users.
6. I have a problem logging into the application, what should I do?
7. Try resetting the password via the “Forgot password” option. If the problem persists, contact our support.
8. I scanned a fiscal bill, but did not receive points. What should I do?
9. Check that the receipt is clearly scanned and meets the program requirements. If the problem persists, contact support through the app.
